This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones AIHUB Cards uses, and the choices you have over them. It complements our Privacy Policy and forms part of these Terms of Service.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They allow the site to recognise your browser across page loads, remember your preferences, and operate features like authenticated sessions. Similar technologies — including local storage, session storage, and pixel beacons — serve related purposes; we treat all of them as "cookies" for the purpose of this Policy.

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be turned off without breaking core features. They do not require your consent under GDPR.

  • Session token — keeps you logged in across page loads of the B2B portal. Expires 24 hours after last use, or immediately on logout.
  • CSRF token — protects form submissions from cross-site request forgery. Cleared on tab close.
  • Telegram WebApp init data — when you launch the AIHUB TWA inside Telegram, the Telegram client passes a signed init payload to authenticate your account. This is stored in browser memory only and is cleared when the TWA closes.

Functional

These cookies remember your preferences (e.g. preferred currency, theme) so you don't have to set them on every visit. They can be disabled, with the trade-off that you'll need to re-set those preferences each session.

  • Preferences — UI preferences such as language and currency display format.

Consent preferences

We store your choices in local storage under aihub-cookie-consent-v2. These preferences are valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. Deleting site data also resets your choice. This storage is used to remember your privacy preferences, not to measure advertising.

Analytics

No separate usage analytics provider is currently enabled on this landing page.

Advertising measurement (optional marketing category)

With your consent, the OpenAI Ads Pixel measures visits to our home and documentation pages and clicks leading to our web wallet or Telegram bot. These clicks do not indicate that you registered, purchased or issued a card. The pixel loads only after you allow marketing measurement and can associate these actions with an ad click.

OpenAI uses the oppref ad click reference and a first-party __oppref cookie for attribution. The SDK controls this cookie's expiry; you can delete it at any time through your browser. With marketing consent, we pass an existing ad click reference to our own web wallet when you follow a wallet link. We do not add it to Telegram links. Measurement requests also convey technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

Each event sent by this integration includes an opt-out of its use for future advertising personalisation. The integration does not manually send card details, wallet balances, wallet addresses or contact details to the pixel.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Limited third-party cookies are set by the integrations we depend on:

  • Telegram — when the TWA loads, Telegram's own client may set technical cookies governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — our marketing page loads webfonts from Google Fonts. Google's privacy practices are described in their Privacy Policy. We are evaluating self-hosting our fonts to remove this dependency before public launch.

4. How To Control Cookies

Choose "Essential only" to decline optional tracking, or "Customize" to choose individual categories. You can change or withdraw your choice through "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Turning off marketing stops new measurement events and clears the attribution cookie accessible to this site; it does not retract events already sent. We also disable the pixel when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from browsing or opening the wallet or bot.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies on a per-site basis. Useful links:

Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into the B2B portal. Disabling functional or analytics cookies will not break the Service.

5. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy if our use of cookies changes (for example, if we introduce a new analytics provider). The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published.
