Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIHUB Cards platform, including the Telegram TWA, B2B web portal, REST API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AIHUB Cards ("AIHUB", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to residents of, or persons located in, jurisdictions where the issuance or use of crypto-funded payment cards is restricted by law, including any country subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

2. Account Registration

Account creation is anonymous by design — we do not collect government-issued identification or perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks during onboarding. However, you remain responsible for the security of your account credentials, including any Telegram session linked to your AIHUB account, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Service Description

AIHUB issues virtual Visa-network payment cards funded via USDT or USDC stablecoin top-ups. Card limits, top-up fees, issuance caps, and supported merchant categories are described on the product page and in the in-product fee schedule, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Important: AIHUB is not a bank. Card issuance is provided by our regulated banking partners; AIHUB acts as a technical operator and program manager. Funds held in the AIHUB platform are not bank deposits and are not protected by deposit insurance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Process payments for goods or services prohibited by Visa rules or by the merchant-category restrictions published in the product documentation;
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any other financial crime;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by submitting malformed API requests, denial- of-service traffic, or automated scraping at rates exceeding the published rate limits.

5. Crypto-Specific Terms

Stablecoin top-ups are final and irreversible once confirmed on the underlying blockchain. AIHUB will not refund or reverse a top-up except where required by law or in our sole operational discretion (for example, upon detection of an obvious mistaken transfer). You acknowledge the inherent volatility of crypto markets and the risk that the value of the underlying stablecoin may diverge from its peg.

6. Fees

Top-up fees, foreign-exchange margins, issuance fees, and any other charges are disclosed in the in-product fee schedule. Fees may change with 30 days' prior notice via the in-product channel; continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support channel. AIHUB may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, where required by our banking partners, or where compelled by law. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to a stablecoin address you nominate, net of any applicable fees.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement. AIHUB does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIHUB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to AIHUB in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIHUB, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the in-product channel at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIHUB Cards is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
